Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges

We allow size exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-returnable items

Sale items, gift cards, and digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@pludyna.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
