Thank you for shopping with PLUDYNA. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • To start a return, please email us at support@pludyna.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

  • We allow size exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@pludyna.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@pludyna.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
